  • The Strumbellas: 10pm
  • "Real characters, each and every one, their lyrics and musical talent 'hit' a note in me that is still playing on in my soul. Their songs are funny and poignant, down to earth and soulful, all with that southern twang that does a body good." - SNAP

  • Joshua Cockerill: 6pm
  • Toronto songwriter Joshua Cockerill found his country roots growing up in Alberta. After moving to Toronto, he took to writing and performing alternative country music, reflecting his western pride with an eastern big-city sensibility. After kicking around the local music scene for a few years, Joshua decided to break his piggy bank and independently finance his first recordings. "I've known I wanted to be a musician since I was ten years old," says Cockerill, "You could say that everything I saved up over the years was preparing for the making of this album."

  • Jack Marks Band: 6pm
  • "Jack Marks has hit the bulls eye when it comes to straight up blue-jean wearing, whisky-sipping, two-stepping country blues music. Marks has crafted a wholly endearing album of tunes that could stand up in any barroom, juke box, or country music station that I'd darken the door of, place my money on, or tune-in to." - Amanda Putz (CBC Bandwidth)
